I have another GF Pet parka (red one in picture) that Franklin has worn daily in the winter. I bought 2 of these Sailor Dog Parkas based on the fit of the other parka & the measurement guide on your site. These new jackets are wonderful but they fit bigger than I was needing. I would have bought the 2XL instead of the 3XL if I had known. They seem to slide back a bit under the belly and interfere with his piddling. I will keep an eye on this as we use them. Otherwise, a great jacket! He loves wearing them when the weather is very cold.
Love this coat! Very well made and fits my dog perfectly with help of the adjustable pulls on the rear. My dog likes the fur around the hood - she licks and chews on it, so may have to look at options for that. All in all, I would purchase another if needed. Arrived way sooner than expected.
Zuki loves to wear her coat! She likes keeping in on even when indoors! It is comfortable and stays on! The service team is fabulous. Items arrive quickly and when I needed to make an exchange, they were responsive, helpful and quick! We won't go anywhere else!
We love this coat so much that we bought a second one and of course, it had to match the human too. We always get comments and hear people whisper, “awww they match.” The only downside is she hasn’t quiet filled up yet so the width of the jacket doesn’t really hug her and it hangs low above the ground. The length is perfect but I guess those are short dog problems…
We live in the mountains and have lots of snow. Our sweet Frankie needs to stay warm on his winter walks. This jacket fits well and is adjustable to his size. It keeps him warm but allows freedom and movement that a doggie needs to do his business.
I adopted my pitbull Brewster from Texas, so he’s absolutely not a fan of the cold New England weather! This jacket not only looks great on him, but keeps him super warm! Some mornings he won’t even go out in the backyard to do his business until I put it on him! 😂 absolutely recommend this jacket and this company! I bought a similar jacket in blue and tan and he loves that one also!
