A: It takes 1-3 business days to process and prepare your shipment. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Q: Will my items arrive in a single package?
A: Because we source high-quality products from multiple U.S. suppliers, items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return items must be in their original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label, and we do not charge restocking fees.

A: Yes. All our bowls, elevated feeders, and lick mats are made from pet-safe, non-toxic, and durable materials (such as stainless steel, food-grade silicone, and premium wood/acrylic) designed specifically for daily pet use.
