SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CanCat Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Standard Shipping (FREE) on all orders within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Important Note: Please note that items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery possible, as we source from multiple independent U.S. suppliers. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Taxes CanCat Store complies with U.S. domestic tax regulations. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@cancatstore.us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
