SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at CanCat Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Standard Shipping (FREE) on all orders within the United States.
- Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days.
Important Note: Please note that items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery possible, as we work with a United States-based supplier network to source and fulfill orders. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. The delivery estimate in this section applies to our standard catalog; items in the Global Finds collection are covered by Section 6 below.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Taxes
CanCat Store complies with U.S. domestic tax regulations. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@cancatstore.us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5.1 Returns & Refunds We work with a United States-based supplier network to source and fulfill orders. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at admin@cancatstore.us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with the specific return instructions and the return warehouse address. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
6. Global Finds — Extended Delivery Items
Products in our Global Finds collection are sourced through international marketplaces and are fulfilled by the supplier's own logistics network, separate from the United States-based supplier network described above. Depending on the item, a Global Finds order may ship from an overseas facility or from a regional warehouse, and we are not able to confirm in advance which applies to a given product.
Estimated delivery for these items is 15 to 30 calendar days from your order date, combining processing and transit. This estimate already includes processing time — Section 1 above does not apply separately to Global Finds orders. This window is longer than the standard 4-8 business day domestic estimate. Global Finds items ship separately from the rest of your order, each with its own tracking number.
When a Global Finds item ships from outside the United States, customs clearance in transit can add further delay outside our control.
