Review policy

Product reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions. Your experience may differ.

Reviews from other retailers

Our product review sections may include reviews originally collected by other retailers for the same product. These reviews do not confirm a purchase from CanCatStore. Comments about another retailer's delivery, customer service, or returns do not describe CanCatStore's service.

Authenticity and presentation

Imported reviews must retain their original ratings, dates, and meaning. A purchase from another retailer must not be labeled as a verified CanCatStore purchase. We do not create customer reviews or change a review's sentiment.

Moderation

Reviews may be removed for spam, duplicate content, personal information, abusive language, or content unrelated to the product. Negative feedback is not a reason for removal.
