Super happy with the fountain and had trouble finding the filters, so was delighted that I could get them right from Purrflow
Can you provide some brief instructions or a simple diagram explaining or showing how to install the filters please?
Diagram with the instructions would be helpful. Not sure if the insert direction of the filter makes a difference. Not sure what the thin filter piece goes or even if it is a filter piece.
Dirt still coming to the water had to keep the old unilateral have few new packages of filters those been greate im giving the cats filters water before im im giving it to them
Still waiting for them.
The items work. However the delivery x 2 by Fedex was a chore. Chewy tried to help- Fedex had other ideas. Got both- eventually.

It gives me surety that my cats drinking clean water. Nice quality of the filters and durable
They last a while and they are very easy to install and or clean. It's quite affordable in terms of getting fresh water for your pet!
These replacement filters for the Purrflow fountain are awesome! They do exactly what they're supposed to with no problems at all. I'd definitely buy them again.
Best and affordable. Keep water clean, so the pets can stay healthy
It's very rare that you find such replacements for high-tech products. I like how Instachew are paying attention to filtering, of all things. It makes me sleep better at night knowing that I haven't wasted my money on something that can't be moderated.
