Cat won't use it

This is a nice bed, but the memory foam pad is very stiff. I put the bed in the spot where she was sleeping behind the coffee table and she hasn't been there since I put the bed there. I know I would not like a pad that stiff so I don't blame her for not liking it. I will use the bed this fall without the pad, then maybe she will use it without the pad.

The new favorite

Bear is a picky 10.5lb cat but has quickly taken to his new bed. The side bolster gives him a place to rest his head and the size is long enough to give him stretching room too. Very happy with this purchase - and Chewy, in helping us find the purrfect size for our precious kitty!

Gary adopted the bed after a few days of observation. I put the blanket from his gift box in there and he snuggled in. He enjoys watching outside life from the doorway and sleeps curled up snoring gently at night. Aside from reading in bed, what else does one need a comfortable spot for? (Being in Minnesota, we haven't tried the cooling side yet.)
