I really love the stretchy fit and material of the Gondola Base Layers. My 2.5 yr old Yorkie has never been a fan of wearing "clothes" of any kind, but in cold weather it really is a necessity in my opinion. This warming layer is not too bulky to wear under her winter weight coats when going outside or as a stand-alone to wear inside to keep the chill off. I was surprised and happy that she has accepted wearing this without the usual fuss and drama that she usually displays with other clothing items! I purchased the full Gondola Base Layer (with all 4 leg coverage) last year and love that as well. I highly recommend this if you love your fur babies!

We use this one a lot! Ed prefers it to any other sweater he has because it is lightweight and super warm without being too bulky. I like to layer it underneath his GF winter coat when it's really cold here in the midwest. It's also super soft and snuggly. 😊

My cocker spaniel jasper loves this little base layer. It’s stretchy and easy to put on. More colors please! It’s perfect for cold clear days in the spring and fall. I got a large but I’m sure he would also fit a “m”. ❤️

Nice underlayer just a bit tight for my Great Dane but it stretches

I have wanted to buy one of these for a very long time. But in the past similar types were extremely hard to kept my dogs feet into once it was over his head. But I really wanted something for cool days as well as a base layer under his winter jacket. So, reading about the stretchability of this I decided to give it a chance. I am so glad that I did! This is so incredibly fast and easy to put on, it practically puts itself on! ;) I can just stretch the leg holes down near my dogs feet so he does not have to raise them up high at all, and he finds the process much more enjoyable and quick! He never enjoyed me trying to raise his leg so high to get it into the holes on these types of things, with this I can bring the holes right down near his feet! I would not be without this now! In fact, I just bought a second one for when I have to wash one, and can still have an extra on hand to use. To help you decide if this size will work for your dog with similar measurements, that I have filled out here for my review, I purchased the 3XL. My dogs legs are a bit on the short side so this went right down to his paws- I simply roll it up to come a little bit higher than that to keep it from getting wet and sitting against his legs when we are outside. An absolute GODSEND!

This was just what I was looking for! I wanted a snuggly pajama that could double as a base layer and this is perfect. The microfleece is super soft and has great stretch to make on/off super easy. I roll the legs up for my little stumper so he A) looks cool and B) they aren't so long on him. I haven't washed it yet but I'm hoping that it retains its silky-smooth finish and doesn't end up pilling over time.

The 4XL fit my dog perfectly, easy to put on and off and my dog loves it.

My dog’s winter coat gapes a bit around his chest/belly. The gondola is a nice warm under layer that fits comfortably (no gaping and not too tight) underneath. The gondola layer goes under his harness, then the harness then the coat. I’ve always had a hard time with the fit of coats and harness - he’s unique and this layer fits beautifully and it’s not restrictive at all.

Fabric feels wonderful and it is thin enough to use as a base layer under a rain or snow coat. Nice long sleeves.

Gondola Base Layer | Charcoal

The base layer from GF was the right thing for the winter temperatures. I put this on and then add the winter coat.

It’s warm, stretchy, doesn’t bunch and he actually likes it.

I ordered 3 cable knit sweaters for my great danes 4xl. I ordered 2 of the onsies 3xl for my females who had litters hoping they would cover up there nipples

They were a little short in bodice so I hand sewed in a triangle insert of se fabric. It's perfect. Was able to put under coats and play in deep snow. When we got home they were still dry and warm after over and hour of play and walk. I have shared this product to my dane family and believe they have sold out of the 4xl red now

A good first layer for bad weather it’s very elastic. I bought XS for my 7lb Maltese

Although this item ran very large based on the sizing chart, we were able to make the smallest size work for our Maltese and it fit well and is perfect for under her winter parka. There wasn’t a size small enough for our 4lb Yorkie, so I hope that will become available.

We have used this alone when it’s not crazy cold , as well as under her other jacket. I love that it goes further down the legs than most other jackets.

My dog has a chronic dermatitis on the elbows, and she keeps licking and hurt herself there . I 've tried a lot of pajamas and this one is the perfect fit, soft fabric, aeration is great, easy to put on , stays in place, she loves to wear it, and yes the most important she cannot lick her elbow, sleeve is long enough :-) I have ordered a second one and hoping for a model for summer with a lighter tissue so she doesn't get too hot ! We are so pleased , thank you GF Pet :-)

I have purchased two winter coats and I love them. On cold days this extra layer is a must. It keeps are boy warm on cold days. I love it!!

It really makes a big difference. We have a small yorkie and we use this as a bottom layer under the parka. It keeps my puppy warm during our winter walks
